Collection of Data
By using any features of Creasaur through the platforms and by accepting the Explicit Consent Statement, you accept and agree that Creasaur proceeds personal data that is usable for personal identification. Creasaur collects only the information that is permitted by law (i) when you voluntarily share such information with us while using the platforms, and (ii) automatically in accordance with the purposes stated in the Policy, while you are using the services on the platforms. Creasaur may request that you submit certain personal data, including your name, your telephone number, your address, your email address, your age and/or your date of birth and update this requested information should a change occurs. We may also proceed the information that your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with your browser type, computer type, or your use of the service, such as mobile device, browser language, or IP address.
You may be unable to access certain areas of the platforms or use certain features, such as the forums, without registering, or receive certain materials such as our information bulletins without providing a certain amount of personal data.
For users that do more than browsing, Creasaur may request other data such as your valid credit card number and credit card expiration date. Creasaur does not store this additional information unless consented by the user.

Creasaur respects your right to privacy and only processes your information in accordance with the applicable data protection law in Turkey. Creasaur uses your personal information internally to increase the quality of service, deliver and improve products which the users have signed up for and to maximize our customer satisfaction. Whereas Creasaur may share your personal data to third parties under contract with Creasaur such as order or payment processors or other service providers, located in Turkey or abroad, to access and use personally identifiable information, but only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
Additionally, Creasaur may use your personal data to generate internal statistics for marketing, consumer profiles or demographic research, etc. to tailor our products and services to satisfy your requirements. Our aim is to better understand and serve our clients.
If you use a service provider and provide a personal or any other data for the payment of the purchased content, you acknowledge and agree that you are the sole responsible for the accuracy, completeness of this data and any other material or non-material issues, losses, damages, etc. rising from this data or its transaction.
With Whom Your Information is Shared
Creasaur will not share any personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. However Creasaur may channel this data to third party vendors as a response to a product order or to add you to a commercial bulletin circulation list.
Certain parts of the information Creasaur collects will be shared with other users of Creasaur for profile displaying purposes. The information that will be displayed in your profile will be your choice.
Creasaur may release personally identifiable information to comply with court orders or laws that require us to disclose such information without your consent. In the event of a reorganization, sale or merger we may transfer personally identifiable information to relevant third parties.
The rights as the data subject pursuant to the Article 11 of under Law No.6698 are as follows:
a) Learn whether or not her/his personal data have been processed;
b) Request information as to processing if her/his data have been processed;
c) Learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose;
d) Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred;
e) Request rectification in case personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately;
f) Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth under article 7;
g) Request notification of the operations made as per indents (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred;
h) Object to occurrence of any result that is to her/his detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems;
i) Request compensation for the damages in case the person incurs damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
As per the Article 13.(1) of PDP Law, you can convey your request to Creasaur relating to the use of rights stated above in writing or by other means designated by the Personal Data Protection Committee. As the Personal Data Protection Committee did not define any certain method, you are required to submit your application to Creasaur in writing pursuant to the PDP Law. Within that framework, in order to use your rights stated above, you have to send your personal ID information and a letter of request indicating which of the rights stated in Article 11 of PDP Law you would like to use, to the following addresses by hand, through a notary public, e-mail or other methods specified in PDP Law:

Children Data Protection
Creasaur commits to never knowingly processing data provided by minors aged 12 years or under.
Minors under 18 years of age should not order or subscribe to any paid service online without the permission of their parents or guardians. We would ask parents and guardians to be particularly vigilant and to ensure that their minors do not transgress when using our sites or online services.
